Generation Now Student Ministry is for all teenagers, grades 6 - 12. Our mission is to create a passionate, authentic and welcoming community where students can seek, learn and grow deeper in their relationships with Jesus. It is also a place where students can develop genuine friendships with one another.

As a ministry, we are passionate about encountering the Power and Presence of Jesus Christ.. We strive to demonstrate and lead students to view their relationship with Jesus not just as an emotional experience, but as a personal encounter. We are passionate about helping students discover their God given gifts and calling, and to equip them to use their gifts to glorify Him. It's our goal to function as one part of the whole body, and to partner with the parents to support, encourage and serve the families of Summit Baptist Church. And of course, we are passionate about having fun! We believe that the church should be the most joyful environment to be apart of, and we strive to have fun in ways that glorifies Him, and helps strengthen our relationship with Him.

To accomplish these things, we have plenty of ways for students to get connected to Generation Now Student Ministry!

- Every Sunday Morning, we offer both Jr. High students (grades 6-8), and High School students (grades 9-12) small group Sunday          School classes.
- Generation Now Student Ministry gathers on Sunday nights from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, at Summit Baptist Church. We gather for worship, teaching, group team building activities and of course, having A LOT of fun in the process.
- In addition, we regularly host or attend events like mission trips, camps / camping, conferences, all-nighters, etc. These are great opportunities for students to have fun and connect with other students, or even invite their friends as a way to introduce them to Generation Now Student Ministry.

We would love for you to visit us at one of our weekly gatherings, and to get your student(s) involved in what is happening at Generation Now Student Ministry.
